A stitch in my side

The princess Christmas stocking

on December 7, 2012

Sometimes red and green just isn’t going to cut it with an eight year old princess.  So what do you?  You go for pink, pink, pink and a little green…

This is all going towards a scrappy stocking for Miss C.

I’m using an enlarged template from Tipnut and a bit of free form patch and stitch .  Fancy stitches courtesy of my Janome 4120QDC.

A more traditional approach was on trend for young Mr J, who actually did most of the sewing for this one.

We do sacks in our house. One has purple and the other has pink 🙂
